Healthy Connections Institute Pty Ltd, trading as Healthy Connections Institute, ABN 95 699 175 285 (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the personal information we collect. We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
Depending on how you use our website and products, we may collect your name, email address, contact details, billing details, purchase history, course enrolment and access information, quiz or questionnaire responses, enquiries and support messages, and technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device details and information collected through cookies.
Why we collect it
We collect and use personal information to process your purchases, create and manage your account, give you access to the products you buy, send you receipts and login and service messages, provide support, keep our records, improve our products, prevent fraud and misuse, meet our legal obligations, and send marketing only where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted by law.
Payment details
Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider. Healthy Connections Institute does not directly store your complete payment-card details.
Service providers and overseas storage
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our course platform (Kajabi), our payment provider, email delivery services, website hosting, analytics tools and support systems. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers where relevant.
Marketing and unsubscribing
Buying a product does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We only send promotional emails, newsletters and offers where you have separately opted in, or where we are otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not affect your account, your access to products you have purchased, or essential service emails.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. We cannot always delete information immediately or in full — we may need to keep certain purchase, tax, fraud-prevention and legal records for as long as the law requires or allows. Where this applies, we will let you know.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No website or online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please share only what is needed
Our products are general parenting education. Please share only the information needed to use a product or to receive support. You should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive or identifying information about yourself, and in particular about children, through our forms or quizzes.
