Refund Policy
Effective date: 22 July 2026
Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply. Nothing in this policy removes or limits them.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, materially different from how it was described, inaccessible, or not supplied as promised.
If something is wrong
Please contact us at [email protected] with your name, the email address used for your order, your order details and a description of the problem. If you are having technical trouble accessing a product, please report it first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
Change of mind
Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once you have been given immediate access to the digital content. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within a reasonable time.
