Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply when you purchase or access any product from Healthy Connections Institute Pty Ltd, trading as Healthy Connections Institute, ABN 95 699 175 285 (“we”, “us”, “our”) through www.healthyconnectionsinstitute.com or Kajabi. By purchasing or accessing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can purchase
Our products are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with appropriate adult authority. Our products are made for parents, caregivers, educators and other adults.
2. Our products are educational only
We sell online parenting masterclasses, educational programs, prerecorded videos, guides, scripts, checklists, workbooks and downloadable resources. These are general educational resources. They are:
- parenting education;
- not therapy;
- not individual psychological advice;
- not diagnosis or treatment;
- not crisis support; and
- not legal or medical advice.
Purchasing, enrolling in or viewing a product does not create a psychologist–client relationship. You are responsible for deciding how the information applies to your own family.
3. Payment and access
Unless a payment plan is offered, payment must be completed before we supply access. Prices are in Australian dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, and we do not directly store your complete payment-card details.
4. Your account
Account access is for you, the purchaser, only. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your login details with anyone else.
5. How you can and cannot use the content
You may use our content privately, in your own home, with your own family. You must not copy, upload, resell, reproduce or distribute the content, remove copyright notices, or use it to create competing products. Schools, organisations and professionals who wish to use our materials may require a separate licence — please contact us.
6. Access for the lifetime of the product
Where a product is offered with “access for the lifetime of the product”, this means your access continues for as long as Healthy Connections Institute continues to host, support and make that particular product available. It does not mean:
- access for your lifetime;
- permanent access;
- perpetual hosting; or
- an unlimited guarantee that the platform will always exist.
The platform, format or delivery method may change over time. Products may be updated, replaced or discontinued for legitimate business, legal, safety or technical reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you before permanently discontinuing a product and give you an opportunity to download any downloadable resources that are available. Continued access cannot be guaranteed forever. Please see our Product Access Policy for more detail.
7. Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Misuse
If you misuse our products, act unlawfully, share your account, or breach our intellectual property rights, we may suspend or cancel your access. We will act reasonably in doing so.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may make reasonable changes to these Terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects existing customers, we will provide notice. The version that applied when you purchased continues to apply to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any consumer rights that apply to you elsewhere in Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
